ELVIS TRIBUTE ARTIST CONTEST INFORMATION

The Birthday Party will be held at
Van Abel’s of Hollandtown, 8108 County Trunk D, Kaukauna, WI
The Birthday Party includes
A Buffet Supper served between 6:00pm – 7:00pm
The Elvis Tribute Artist Contest will be held from
7:00pm – 8:00pm
Birthday Cake will be served at 8:00pm
Bobby Rivers Band will play before the ETA Contest
Bobby Rivers will do his Elvis Show at 9:30pm
The Complete Elvis Contest winner
will also perform during the Elvis Show
Bobby Rivers Band will play after the Elvis Show

CATAGORIES and Prize Money:

LOOK A LIKE: Proper costume & look, including matching the chosen era. $25.00 Prize
SOUND A LIKE: Ability to provide the tone, pitch and quality of Elvis’ voice. $25.00 Prize
COMPLETE ELVIS: Both of the above criteria plus Showmanship, Performance Material (songs performed correctly), Authenticity of Presentation (ability to match Elvis’ performances, movements etc). $50.00 Prize plus performance opportunity during the Bobby Rivers Elvis Show and a gift certificate from Van Abel’s of Hollandtown
You will benefit in your performance, both in Showmanship and Presentation, if you work the crowd accordingly. Initial selection of winner is by audience responses.

To Register for the Elvis Tribute Artist Contest please submit the form below. Indicate your interest in participating in the contest and in which category you want to participate. Registering does not obligate you to participate it only get the materials sent to you so you can participate.
Include your e-mail address and a Participation Form will be e-mailed to you. You are not considered a contestant until your Participation Form and payment for your ticket is received. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants and to determine who may participate in the contest.

USE THE FORM ABOVE TO REQUEST PARTICIPATION FORM

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE SENT WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION FORM FOR CONSIDERATION
1. ENTRY FEE: There is not an Entry Fee, however, all Entries must purchase a ticket to the Event ($19.35) The ticket will entitle you to take part in the Buffet Supper, enjoy the Peanut Butter Banana Birthday Cake, and stay for the dance/show featuring Bobby Rivers and His Band. The $19.35 must accompany your registration form. Additional tickets may be ordered at the same time for your family and friends. Each ticket will be $19.35 no exceptions. Tickets not purchased in advance will be $25.00 at the door if space is available.
2. BIO: We require a short 2-3 line bio to be used as part of your introduction and may also be included in the program and other advertising.
3. PHOTO: A 4 x 6 or larger, Black & White or color, preferably a head/torso photo in costume (what you will be wearing for your appearance). E-mail photos should be JPEG image format. Your photo will also be used in the best photo contest. No prize will be awarded in the Photo Contest.
4. A CASSETTE/CD/VIDEO/DVD: If you are planning to compete in the Sound Alike or Complete Elvis Contest we need to hear you perform. Submit a cassette/CD/video/DVD with at least two songs, if possible. The song you are planning to perform does not have to be submitted. Total number of participants will be limited. Your recorded performance will be used to determine if you will be included in the contest. If you are not chosen and wish not to attend the event your ticket(s) may be returned for a refund.
5. CATAGORIES: Your entry must indicate which contest you want to compete in: Look A Like, Sound A Like, or Complete Elvis.
